Return Instructions and Right of Withdrawal

To initiate the return process, products must be sent to the indicated address within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. We recommend using trackable shipping; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product Condition and Damage Reporting Upon delivery, please check the condition of the packaging. Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered.

Return Limitations (Hygiene and Health) Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for hygiene reasons for:

• Make-Up and Cosmetics: Returns are accepted only if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and the warranty seal has not been removed or tampered with. Opened or tested products will not be refunded.

• Earrings and Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings and items that involve direct skin contact.

• Sale Items: It is not possible to return items purchased on sale.

Refund Method Please include a note in the package with your name, surname, and order number. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (or via IBAN for cash on delivery) within approximately 14 business days of receipt. The price of the item will be refunded, net of shipping costs or customs duties. A digital voucher (Gift Card) can also be received upon request.
